The army does not have a centralized power; this is the worst situation in the war.
六四:师左次无咎。
If the army retreats in time, it will not receive any blame.
六五:田有禽利执言无咎长子帅师弟子舆尸贞凶。
The fifth SIX, divided, shows birds in the fields, which it will be advantageous to seize (and destroy).In that case there will be no error.If the oldest son leads the host, and younger men (idly occupy offices assigned to them), however firm and correct he may be, there will be evil.
上六:大君有命开国承家小人勿用。
The king issues the decree to appoint lords and ministers.Inferior people are not to be entrusted.
