And like a man from Zhao who works for Qin. I’m honoured like the ancient saint Zichan
羁旅接陈完。
寓卫非所寓，
And stay abroad like the ancient prince Chen Wan. This is not the place where I should stay
安齐独未安。
雪泣悲去鲁，
Or relish pleasure for another day. With smothered tears I leave and go abroad
凄然忆相韩。
唯彼穷途恸，
But still remember my service for my lord. Ashamed of my career, I’m filled with woe,
知余行路难。
Not knowing which the way is for me to go.
