其封面記明該簿總頁數及起用年月,鈐蓋登記機關印,每頁依次編號,裝訂成冊。
The covers of the records shall make a statement of the total number of its pages and the commencing date of its usage, and be affixed with the seal of the registry.
Each page shall be numbered and compiled into volumes with other pages.
同一地段經分編二冊以上登記簿時,其記載方式與前項同。
If there are more than two volumes of registers for the same section, the method of statement shall be the same as that referred to in the preceding paragraph.

第21條 登記簿滅失時,登記機關應即依土地法施行法第十七條之一規定辦理。

第22條 一宗土地之登記簿用紙部分損壞時,登記機關應依原有記載全部予以重造。

第24條 申請閱覽、抄寫、複印或攝影登記申請書及其附件者,以下列之一者為限:

第25條 土地或建物所有權狀及他項權利證明書,應蓋登記機關印信及其首長職銜簽字章,發給權利人。
