第十五條 汽車所有人於申請發給牌照或換發行車執照前，應以每一個別汽車為單位，向保險人投保本保險。

第十六條 汽車所有人投保時，對於要保書所詢問之下列重要事項應據實說明：
ARTICLE 16 The automobile owner shall truthfully provide the following information requested on the application form:
第十七條 除有下列情事之一者外，保險人不得拒絕承保：
ARTICLE 17 The Insurer may not reject the application for insurance except for the following reasons:
一、 汽車所有人未交付保險費者。
The premium is not paid off by the automobile owner;
二、 汽車所有人對第十六條所規定之應說明事項不為說明者。
The information required by Article 16 is not provided by the automobile owner.
保險人接到要保書後，應於十日內為承保或拒保之意思表示；逾期未表示者，視為同意承保。
The Insurer shall notify the acceptance or rejection of the insurance application within ten (10) days upon receiving the application form; otherwise, the application is deemed accepted.
If the Insurer rejects the application in violation of Paragraph 1 of this Article, the rejection is not legally binding.
保險人違反第一項規定而拒絕承保者，其拒保之意思表示不生效力。
The Insurer shall notify the acceptance or rejection of the insurance application within ten (10) days upon receiving the application form; otherwise, the application is deemed accepted.
If the Insurer rejects the application in violation of Paragraph 1 of this Article, the rejection is not legally binding.
第十八條 本保險契約成立後，保險人應簽發保險證及保險契約書交予被保險人。
ARTICLE 18??The Insurer shall issue an insurance certificate and an insurance contract to the Insured after the contract is executed.
保險證之必要記載事項變更時，被保險人應通知保險人更正。
Should there be any change in the information required on the insurance certificate, the Insured shall inform the Insurer to modify it.
第十九條 保險人不得解除保險契約。 除有下列情事之一者外，保險人不得終止保險契約：
ARTICLE 19 The Insurer may not rescind the insurance contract.
The Insurer may not terminate the insurance contract, except for the following reasons:
一、 被保險人對第十六條所規定應說明事項說明不實者。
The Insured or their agent made false disclosure of the information required in Article 8;
二、 被保險人以票據交付保險費而末兌現者。
Checks provided by the applicant for payment of premium is not honored.
保險人依前項規定終止保險契約前，應以書面通知被保險人於文到十日內補正；
Before terminating the insurance contract according to the preceding paragraph, the Insurer shall give notice to the named Insured for amendment or payment within ten (10) days.
被保險人於終止契約通知到達前補正者，保險人不得終止契約。
The insurance contract may be terminated if no response is received within ten (10) days.
契約終止，保險人應於三日內通知所屬之交通監理機關。
The Insurer shall inform the relevant traffic supervisory authority within three (3) days of the termination of the contract.
保險人應返還被保險人終止契約後未到期之保險費；保險費未返還前，視為保險契約存續中。
The Insurer shall refund the unearned premium after the termination of the contract; the insurance contract shall be deemed to be in force before the refund is made.
第二十條 要保人不得解除保險契約。 除有下列情事之一者外，要保人不得終止保險契約：
ARTICLE 20 The applicant for the insurance may not rescind the insurance contract.??The applicant may not terminate this insurance contract except for the following reasons:
一、 被保險汽車牌照繳銷、吊銷、註銷而有事實足以證明停駛者或因停駛而繳存者。
License plate of the Insured Automobile is revoked, cancelled or rescinded and there is evidence showing that the driving of the Insured Automobile has been suspended or the license plate has been returned because the Insured Automobile is no longer in use;
二、 被保險汽車報廢者。
The Insured Automobile has been scrapped and reported to the authorities;
三、 因重複投保而終止其中保險期間先屆滿之保險契約者。
The insurance contract with the earlier expiration date has been terminated because of duplicate insurance.
保險契約依前項規定終止後，保險費已交付者，保險人應返還終止後未到期之保險費；
If the premium has already been paid at the time the policy is terminated in accordance with the preceding paragraph, the Insurer shall refund the unearned premium after the termination;
未交付者，要保人應支付終止前已到期之保險費。
if the premium has not yet been paid, the applicant for insurance shall pay the premium earned by the Insurer by the termination.
第二十一條 被保險汽車所有權移轉時，應同時辦妥保險契約變更手續；未辦妥前，監理單位不得辦理過戶登記。
ARTICLE 21 The amendment to the insurance contract shall be made at the time the ownership of the automobile is transferred; otherwise, the traffic supervisory authority shall not approve the registration for the transfer.
