Drafting, amending, and explaining the laws and regulations of Skills Certification.
二、技能檢定學科、術科題庫之建立。
2.
Establishing the quiz bank of the written test and field test of Skills Certification.
三、技能檢定學科、術科收費標準之審定及支出之規定。
3.
Ratifying the charging standards of the written test and field test of Skills Certification; regulating the expenses.
五、技能檢定術科測試場地及機具設備之評鑑及發證。
5.
Assessing the fields, machines and other relevant facilities for holding the field test, and issuing the certificates.
六、全國技能檢定計畫之訂定及公告。
6.
Drawing up and proclaiming the plan for the National Skills Certification.
七、技能檢定之專案辦理及委託辦理。
7.
Managing the specific project implementation and consigning the implementation in terms of Skills Certification.
八、技術士證與證書之核發及管理。
8.
Ratifying and controlling the Technician Certificates and Diplomas.
九、技術士證照效用之協調推動。

Making the negotiation and promotion in terms of the effectiveness of Technician Certificates.
十、辦理技能檢定優良單位及人員之獎勵。

第3條 直轄市主管機關掌理事項如下：
Article 3 The job entries of the Municipal Competent Authority′ are listed as follows:
一、依據中央主管機關訂定之全國技能檢定計畫訂定執行計畫並公告。
1.
Drawing up an executing plan in accordance with National Competent Authority′s plan for the National Skills Certification and proclaiming it.
三、繕造、整理、統計及分析技能檢定報檢者各項資料。
3.
Composing, sorting, computing, and analyzing all the data provided by the Skills Certification candidates.
四、技能檢定學科測試試務之策劃、執行及監督。
4.
Planning, executing and monitoring the written test regarding Skills Certification.
五、技能檢定術科測試試務之策劃、執行及監督。
5.
Planning, executing and monitoring the field test regarding Skills Certification.
六、技能檢定合格名冊之編造。
6.
Compiling the roster of the qualified candidates for the Skills Certification.
七、協助技術士證與證書之管理。
7.
Assisting the management of the Technician Certificates and diplomas.
第4條 縣(市)政府應協助中央主管機關辦理技術士證與證書之管理。
Article 4 The County Government should assist the National Competent Authority to manage the Technician Certificates and Diplomas.
第6條 年滿十五歲或國民中學畢業者，得參加丙級或單一級技術士技能檢定。
Article 6 One above 15 years of age or with a junior high school diploma can participate in the Class C or Single Class Certified Technician Skills Certification.
第7條 具有下列資格之一者，得參加乙級技術士技能檢定：
Article 7 One meeting any of the following qualifications can participate in the Class B Certified Technician Skills Certification:
二、取得申請檢定職類丙級技術士證，且高級中等學校畢業或在校最高年級者。

One possessing a Class C Technician Certificate, as well as having a senior high school diploma or currently at the highest grade in school.
第38條 監評人員無正當理由不得拒絕至指定術科測試場地擔任監評工作。
Article 38 The invigilators and markers can′t refuse to invigilate and mark in the designated site of the field test.
一、於監評人員證書存續期間，在技能檢定相關職類之補習班等營利單位擔任行政或教學等工作。
1.
Being an administrator or teacher of a related trade for Skills Certification at a cram school for profit during the valid period of the certificate.
