第3條 教育會之主管機關：在中央為內政部；在直轄市為直轄市政府；在縣(市)為縣(市)政府。
Article 3 The competent authorities of national Educational Association is Ministry of the Interior, the competent authorities of educational associations in municipalities directly under central government are municipality governments, the competent authorities of educational associations in counties(cities) are the county(city) governments.
教育會之目的事業，應受教育部或各直轄市、縣(市)主管教育行政機關之指導、監督。
The purpose enterprises of educational associations should be under guidance and supervision of Ministry of Education or Municipality or county(city) authorities in charge of educational affairs.
第4條 教育會之任務如左：
Article 4 The tasks of educational association are as follows:
三關於協助教育之調查、統計及書刊編纂事項。

Assist the investigation and statistics of education and compile books and periodicals.
六關於教育政策及法令之協助推行事項。

Assist the implementation of educational policies and decrees.
九依其他法令規定應辦事項。
9.
Handle other affairs as stipulated by other relevant acts.
第6條 省(市)、縣(市)、鄉(鎮、市、區)教育會以行政區域為其組織區域，並冠以各該區域之名稱。
Article 6 Educational associations of Township (city or district), county (city) and provincial (municipal) levels are organized according to the administrative districts and are preceded by the names of the relevant administrative districts as their titles;
第7條 同一區域內之教育會以一會為限。
Article 7 There should be only one educational association of the same level in an administrative district.
第8條 教育會會址，設於該組織區域內；並得經主管機關核准，另設辦事處。
Article 8 The locales of meetings of an educational association must be in the organizational district.
不滿十五人者，應加入鄰近區域之教育會或共同組織之。
where there are less than fifteen qualified members, they should join in the educational association in an adjoining administrative district.
第13條 教育會之發起組織，應報請主管機關許可後，方得召開發起人會議，組織籌備會。
Article 13 The initiation and establishment of educational association should be reported to the competent authorities for approval before the calling of initiator meeting and a preparatory committee is established.
召開籌備會及成立大會時，均應報請主管機關派員指導或監選，並於成立大會後十五日內將章程、會員名冊及理事、監事簡歷冊報請主管機關備案。
The competent authorities should send personnel to supervise the election and guide the preparatory meeting and inaugural meeting of an educational association, whereas, the educational association should submit the rules, scroll of members, resumes of directors and supervisors to the competent authorities for file within 15 days after the inaugural meeting.
第14條 教育會章程應載明左列事項：

13.
Procedures for the revision of articles.
第15條 中華民國國民，年滿二十歲，服務或居住於教育會組織區域內，現任各級學校及幼稚園教職員，或曾任各級學校教職員三年以上，或現任各級教育行政機關教育行政人員、社會教育機構專業人員及學術研究機構研究人員者，得加入服務或居住之鄉(鎮、市、區)教育會為個人會員。
Article 15 People of R.O.C over 20 years of age who work or reside in the organizational areas of the educational associations, working as school teachers or teachers of kindergartens, having ever worked as school teachers for more than three years, working as administrative personnel of educational authorities of all levels, working as professionals of community educational institutions or researchers of academic research institutions, should all join in the relevant township, city or district educational associations and become members.
各級學校、社會教育機構、學術研究機構得加入所在地之鄉(鎮、市、區)教育會為贊助會員。
Schools, community educational institutions and academic research institutions of all levels should sponsor the educational associations of township (city or district) they are located in; sponsors have no rights of election and being elected.
贊助會員無選舉權及被選舉權。

第16條 有左列情形之一者，不得為會員：

二犯前款以外之罪經判決確定在執行中者。
