九二：困于酒食朱绂方来利用亨祀征凶无咎。
You are out of office now, idling away your time by eating and drinking, but you will soon be appointed to a high position.It is advisable to make offerings.Taking action will lead to misfortune, but you will not receive any blame.
六三：困于石据于蒺藜入于其宫不见其妻凶。
The third SIX, divided, shows its subject straitened before a (frowning) rock.He lays hold of thorns.He enters his palace, and does not see his wife.There will be evil.
九四：来徐徐困于金车吝有终。
You are going on slowly because a powerful obstacle lies ahead.Danger goes before a good ending.
九五：劓刖困于赤绂乃徐有说利用祭祀。
The fifth NINE, undivided, shows its subject with his nose and feet cut off.He is straitened by (his ministers in their) scarlet aprons.He is leisurely in his movements, however, and is satisfied.It will be well for him to be (as sincere) as in sacrificing (to spiritual beings).
上六：困于葛藟于臲卼曰动悔有悔征吉。
The sixth SIX, divided, shows its subject straitened, as if bound with creepers; or in a high and dangerous position, and saying (to himself), ‘If I move, I shall repent it.' If he does repent of former errors, there will be good fortune in his going forward.
