The waters quietly ebb and flow;
山岛竦峙。
The island mountains skyward go.
树木丛生，
The trees are growing dense and green;
百草丰茂。
The grass is sprouting lush and clean.
秋风萧瑟，
When autumn winds sweep o'er the shore,
洪波涌起。
Huge waves and billows surge and roar.
日月之行，
The sun and the moon on their way
若出其中。
Seem to rise there from day to day.
星汉灿烂，
The stars that shine bright in the sky
若出其里。
Seem to grow there far and nigh.
