Our separation lasts from day to day,

With precious lifetime having passed and flown.
珠栴离玉体,
There is no trace of my man in the room;
珍宝见剽虏。
The lush and verdant grass o'ergrows the ground.
园寝化为墟,
The moss is growing on walls in the gloom;
周墉无遗堵。
The cobwebs in the rooms are hanging round.
蒙龙荆棘生,
When sights remind me of my man apart,
蹊径登童竖。
Deep woe and sorrow gather in my heart.
狐兔窟其中,
The morning glimmer ushers in the sun,
