除非获得获授权人员书面同意,而获授权人员又信纳为使持牌屠房有 效运作,有必要拒绝发出或取消入场许可证,否则持牌人不得拒绝发出或 取消入场许可证。
No licensee shall refuse to issue or cancel an entry permit except with the written consent of an authorized officer who is satisfied that it is necessary to do so for the efficient operation of the licensed slaughterhouse.
(1) 持牌人所雇用或获持牌人准许在持牌屠房工作的人,须服从持牌 人或获授权人员向其发出的每项合法命令,并须在持牌屠房内时刻保持行 为良好。
(1) A person who is employed by a licensee or who is permitted by a licensee to work in a licensed slaughterhouse shall obey every lawful order given to him by the licensee or by an authorized officer and shall at all times conduct himself in the licensed slaughterhouse in an orderly manner.
(2) 任何人如没有遵从根据第(1)款向其发出的命令,持牌人、其雇员 或代理人可在获授权人员的同意下,要求该人立即离开持牌屠房。
(2) If a person fails to comply with an order given to him under paragraph (1), the licensee, his employee or agent may require, with the consent of an authorized officer, the person to leave the licensed slaughterhouse forthwith.
(1) 任何人犯第5(1)、9(1)、22(2)或(3)或23(1)条所订的罪行,可处 第5级罚款及监禁6个月;又如所犯罪行属持续的罪行,则可按法庭就所提 出的证明而信纳属该罪行持续期间内的每一天,另加罚款$600。
(1) Any person who commits an offence under bylaw 5(1), 9(1), 22(2) or (3) or 23(1) is liable to a fine at level 5 and to imprisonment for 6 months and, in the case of a continuing offence, is liable, in addition, to a fine of $600 for each day during which it is proved to the satisfaction of the court that the offence has continued.
(2) 任何人犯本附例所订的罪行(第5(1)、9(1)、22(2)或(3)或23(1) 条所订者除外),可处第4级罚款及监禁6个月;又如所犯罪行属第26、27 、30或31条所订的持续的罪行,则可按法庭就所提出的证明而信纳属该罪 行持续期间内的每一天,另加罚款$300。
(2) Any person who commits an offence under these bylaws (other than bylaw 5(1), 9(1), 22(2) or (3) or 23(1)) is liable to a fine at level 4 and to imprisonment for 6 months and, in the case of a continuing offence under bylaw 26, 27, 30 or 31, is liable, in addition, to a fine of $300 for each day during which it is proved to the satisfaction of the court that the offence has continued.
本附例的任何条文,不得减损或在任何方面影响《公众生(动物及禽 鸟)规例》(第139章,附属法例)、《防止虐畜条例》(第169章)或《火器 及弹药规例》(第238章,附属法例)的条文。
Nothing in these bylaws shall derogate from or in any way affect the provisions of the Public Health (Animals and Birds) Regulations (Cap. 139 sub. leg.), the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Ordinance (Cap. 136) or the Firearms and Ammunition Regulations (Cap. 238 sub. leg.).
在不损害与检控刑事罪行有关的其他成文法则的条文,以及在不损害 律政司关于检控该等刑事罪行的权力的原则下,就本附例任何条文所订罪 行而作出的检控,均可以区域市政局的名义提出。
Without prejudice to the provisions of any other enactment relating to the prosecution of criminal offences and without prejudice to the powers of the Attorney General in relation to such offences, a prosecution for any offence under any of the provisions of these bylaws may be brought in the name of the Council.
根据《屠房(区域市政局)附例》*(第132章,附属法例)第4条(该条已 被本附例第40条废除)批出的牌照,如于紧接本附例生效日期前有效,则 在本附例生效日期后须继续按该牌照的意旨而有效,犹如该牌照是根据本 附例第9条批出的牌照一样。
A licence granted under by-law 4 of the Slaughter-houses (Regional Council) By-laws (Cap. 132 sub. leg.) repealed by bylaw 40 of these bylaws and in force immediately before the commencement of these bylaws shall continue in force after such commencement and have effect according to its tenor as if it were a licence granted under bylaw 9 of these bylaws.

本人依据《屠房(区域市政局)附例》第13条,就过去24小时内被带进 上述持牌屠房的食用牲口及屠体,在此提供以下资料─
Pursuant to bylaw 13 of the Slaughterhouses (Regional Council) Bylaws, I hereby supply the following information concerning food animals and carcasses brought into the licensed slaughterhouse within the previous 24 hours-
1. 汽车须保持清洁,并无垃圾、污物或其他厌恶性东西积存其间。
The motor vehicle shall be clean and free from refuse, dirt, or other offensive matter.
2. 除去脏的屠体及什脏外,汽车不得运送其他物品或东西。
No other article or matter other than dressed carcasses and offal shall be conveyed in the motor vehicle.
3. 无论是在运送去脏的屠体或什脏时,或是在任何其他时间,汽车不 得用作运送任何食用牲口或任何相当可能污染去脏的屠体或什脏的东西。
The motor vehicle shall not, whether at the time when it is transporting any dressed carcass or offal, or at any other time, be used for the transportation of any food animal or anything likely to contaminate the dressed carcass or offal.
4. 去脏的屠体及什脏须存放于汽车的肉类运送间运送,方式须能确保 去脏的屠体及什脏保持清洁。
Dressed carcasses and offal shall be conveyed within the meat conveying compartment of the motor vehicle in such manner as to ensure that the dressed carcasses and offal are kept clean.
5. 在汽车行驶期间,肉类运送间的每道门或每扇窗均须保持妥为关闭 。
5 Every door or window of the meat conveying compartment of the motor vehicle shall be kept properly closed while the motor vehicle is in motion.
6. 负责将去脏的屠体及什脏送至或运往汽车以及从汽车送走或运走的 人,须穿戴干净及可洗濯的保护性衣物及头罩。
Persons engaged in the delivery or portering of dressed carcasses and offal to and from the motor vehicle shall wear clean and washable protective clothing and head covering.
8. 除非是为了将去脏的屠体或什脏装上经批准作运送去脏的屠体及什 脏用途的汽车或从汽车将其卸下,或是为了清洁和维修汽车,否则任何人 不得处身在汽车的肉类运送间内。
No person shall be in the conveying compartment of any motor vehicle approved for the transportation of dressed carcasses and offal except for the purpose of loading or unloading dressed carcasses or offal or for the cleaning and maintenance of the motor vehicle.

本附例可引称为《屠房(市政局)附例》。
These bylaws may be cited as the Slaughterhouses (Urban Council) Bylaws.
本附例只适用于市政局辖区。
These bylaws apply to the Urban Council area only.
(1) 市政局可以书面委任任何公职人员为获授权人员,以施行该局所 指明的本附例任何条文。
(1) The Council may appoint in writing any public officer as an authorized officer for the purpose of such provisions of these bylaws as the Council may specify.
