(1) 每間學校的房產入口處或入口附近須顯著地展示牌匾或其他形式 的通知，以顯眼字樣標明該校的註冊名稱。
(1) At or near the entrance to the premises of every school there shall be prominently displayed a board or other form of notice bearing in conspicuous lettering the registered name of the school.
(2) 除學校的註冊名稱外，不得─
(2) No name except the registered name of a school shall be-
(a) 在校舍展示其他名稱；或
(a) displayed on the school premises; or
(b) 由學校使用其他名稱，

At the entrance to every classroom there shall be a board or sign bearing an identification number or letter for such room.

" In every classroom there shall be kept exhibited in a prominent place a notice specifying the maximum number of pupils permitted in that room, and no more than such maximum number shall be permitted in that room."

" (c) primary, secondary or post-secondary education or any other educational course, not more than 45 pupils,shall be taught at one time by one teacher, except in special cases with the permission of the Director."

(2) No instruction shall be given by any school during such hours as may be specified by the Director in respect of that school by notice in writing to the supervisor.

No pupil undergoing nursery education shall attend at a school for that purpose for any period other than a period beginning and ending either before or after 1 p.m. on any day that he attends the school.

A separate attendance register in a form approved by the Director shall be kept for each class.
(2) 每當署長要求時，學校的校監須向署長提交每一班級的授課課程 綱要或署長所指明的任何其他文件，以待署長批准。
(2) The supervisor of every school shall submit to the Director whenever so required by the Director the syllabus of instruction of each class or any other document he may specify for his approval.
(3) 署長可向任何學校的校監給予書面指示，說明必須或不得將某授 課範圍納入學校的課程綱要。
(3) The Director may give directions in writing to the supervisor of any school as to the instruction which shall be or shall not be included in any such syllabus.
(4) 除非經署長以書面明文准許，否則禁止在學校進行軍事訓練。
" (4) Unless with the express permission of the Director in writing, military training by schools is prohibited."
(9) 任何人不得使用有違根據第(8)款給予的指示的授課課程綱要或任 何其他文件。 (1990年第268號法律公告)
(9) No person shall use a syllabus of instruction or any other document in contravention of a direction given under paragraph (8).
(10) 署長可向任何學校的校監給予書面指示，就任何班級的上課時間 表作指示，並可要求任何校監提交該等時間表待其批准。
(10) The Director may give directions in writing to the supervisor of any school in respect of the time-table of work of any class and may require any supervisor to submit for his approval any such time-table.
(12) 學校上課時間如有任何改變，校監須通知署長。
(12) The supervisor shall inform the Director of any change in the hours of school work.
(1) 除第(2)款另有規定外，除非經總督以書面准許，否則任何學校不 得為教員提供訓練課程。
" (1) Subject to paragraph (2), except with the written permission of the Governor no courses of training for teachers shall be provided by any school."
(2) 本條不適用於任何獲署長以書面批准而為任教於該校或其他學校 的檢定教員或准用教員提供訓練課程的學校。
" (2) This regulation does not apply to any school which, with the written approval of the Director, provides courses of training for registered or permitted teachers employed at that or any other school."

" The supervisor shall submit to the Director, whenever required by the Director, such information concerning the school or pupils thereof as may be required by the Director."
(1) 署長可指示，除在校舍留宿的學生外，任何學生不得在他指明的 某段時間內留在校舍。
(1) The Director may direct that no pupil or pupils other than a pupil or pupils residing on the school premises shall be on the school premises during such periods of time as the Director may specify.

(2) No pupil to whom a direction under paragraph (1) applies shall be on the school premises at any time during any period specified by the Director in such direction.
