(b) 保護該租戶專用禁區，避免因任何並非獲授權的人進入而引致有 關保安或安全方面的危險。
(b) the protection of the tenant restricted area against security or safety risks which may result from entry into the tenant restricted area by any unauthorized person.
(2) 在遵從第(1)款時，機場租戶須執行處長就租戶專用禁區的保安而 規定或指明的其他事宜。
(2) In complying with paragraph (1) an airport tenant shall give effect to such other matters relating to the security of the tenant restricted area as the Director may require or specify.
(3) 就第(1)款而言，“並非獲授權的人”(unauthorized person) 指 除第20(1)(a)或(b)條指明的人之外的任何和每一個人。
" (3) For the purposes of paragraph (1), ""unauthorized person"" (並非獲授權的人) means any and every person except a person specified in regulation 20(1)(a) or (b)."
(1) 處長可要求任何機場租戶─
(1) The Director may require any airport tenant to issue-
(i) 其僱用於租戶專用禁區工作的每一個人；及
(i) each person employed by him in the tenant restricted area; and
(ii) 處長指定的任何公職人員，
" (ii) any public officer designated by the Director,"
(b) 向任何其他因業務關係需不時進入租戶專用禁區的人發出臨時租 戶通行證。
" (b) to any other person, whose business requires his access, from time to time, to the tenant restricted area, a temporary tenant permit."
(a) 須採用處長批准的格式和受處長批准的條件規限；
(a) be in such form and be subject to such conditions as may be approved by the Director;
(b) 須附有持證人的足夠的識別證明而達致處長滿意的程度；
" (b) to the satisfaction of the Director, bear sufficient means of identification of the permit holder;"
(c) 須指明某租戶專用禁區而該通行證是就該租戶專用禁區發出的；
(c) specify the tenant restricted area in respect of which it is issued;
(d) 須顯示該通行證發出的有效期─
(d) indicate the period for which it is issued which-
(i) 如屬根據第20(1)(a)條發出的通行證，則為其內指明的期間；及
" (i) in the case of a permit issued under regulation 20(1) (a), shall be for such period as may be specified therein; and"
(ii) 如屬根據第20(1)(b)條發出的通行證，則有效期不得多於3個月 ；及
" (ii) in the case of a permit issued under regulation 20(1) (b), shall not be greater than 3 months; and"
(i) 該通行證所發出的有效期屆滿；或
(i) on the expiration of the period for which it was issued; or
(1) 處長或發出通行證的機場租戶可因下述理由或在下述情況下取消 通行證─
(1) A permit may be cancelled by the Director or the airport tenant who issued it-
(a) 因規限發出該通行證的任何條件已遭違反的理由；
(a) on the ground that any condition subject to which it was issued has been contravened;
(b) 在持證人不再受僱於該機場租戶的情況下；
(b) where the permit holder ceases to be employed by the airport tenant;
(c) 因持證人已違反本規例任何規定的理由；
(c) on the ground that the permit holder has contravened any of these regulations;
(d) 在任何情況下，處長或該機場租戶信納該通行證已遺失、損毀或 污損。
" (d) in any case where the Director or the airport tenant is satisfied that the permit has been lost, destroyed or defaced."
(2) 在任何情況下，凡處長或機場租戶根據第(1)款取消通行證─
(2) In any case where the Director or an airport tenant cancels a permit under paragraph (1)-
(a) 該機場租戶須─
(a) the airport tenant shall-
(i) 通知持證人該通行證已被取消；及
(i) notify the permit holder of such cancellation; and
(ii) (除該通行證已遺失或損毀外)採取一切合理措施以取得該通行證 ；及
" (ii) save where the permit has been lost or destroyed, take all reasonable steps to obtain possession of it; and"
(b) 除非該通行證已遺失或損毀，否則持證人須即時將該通行證交回 該機場租戶。
" (b) save where the permit has been lost or destroyed, the permit holder shall forthwith surrender the permit to that airport tenant."
