(2) Each part referred to in subsection (1) must be further divided into sections corresponding to the subsectors of which the sector is composed (excluding the subsectors for which an Election Committee subsector election is not required to be held under Schedule 2 to the Legislative Council Ordinance (Cap 542)) in the same order in which they appear in the relevant Table.
If a subsector has sub-subsectors, the section for that subsector must be further divided into smaller sections corresponding to the sub-subsectors.
(3) 在某個界別分組與某個功能界別名稱相同的情況下，在界別分組投 票人登記冊內就有關投票人記錄的詳情必須與在有關功能界別選民登記冊 內就該投票人(作為選民)記錄的詳情相同。
(3) In the case of a subsector with the same name as a functional constituency, the particulars recorded for the voter in the subsector register must be the same as those recorded for that voter, as an elector, in the relevant functional constituencies register.
For other subsectors, the particulars specified in section 3(2) or (3), as the case may require, must be recorded in respect of each voter.
如屬其他界別分組，則必須就 每名投票人記錄第3(2)或(3)條(視情況所需而定)指明的詳情。
(3) In the case of a subsector with the same name as a functional constituency, the particulars recorded for the voter in the subsector register must be the same as those recorded for that voter, as an elector, in the relevant functional constituencies register.
For other subsectors, the particulars specified in section 3(2) or (3), as the case may require, must be recorded in respect of each voter.
(4) 屬自然人的投票人的姓名在界別分組投票人登記冊上必須按其各自 的身分證明文件號碼的英文字母及數字的次序排列。
(4) The order in which names of voters who are natural persons are arranged in a subsector register must accord with the alphabetical and numerical order of their respective identity document numbers.
(5) 如任何界別分組或小組兼有團體投票人及屬自然人的投票人，則界 別分組投票人登記冊中關乎該界別分組的分部須分為2部分，一部分載錄 關乎該等自然人的記項，而另一部分則載錄關乎該等團體投票人的記項。
(5) If a subsector or sub-subsector has both corporate voters and voters who are natural persons, the part of the subsector register relating to that subsector is to be divided into 2 parts.
The entries relating to the natural persons are to be contained in one part and the entries relating to the corporate voters are to be contained in the other.
The entries in the part for the natural persons are to be arranged as specified in subsection (4).
The entries in the part for the corporate voters are to be arranged as specified in subsection (7).
關乎自然人的部分內的記項，須按第(4)款所指明的方式排列；而關乎團 體投票人的部分內的記項，則須按第(7)款所指明的方式排列。
(5) If a subsector or sub-subsector has both corporate voters and voters who are natural persons, the part of the subsector register relating to that subsector is to be divided into 2 parts.
The entries relating to the natural persons are to be contained in one part and the entries relating to the corporate voters are to be contained in the other.
The entries in the part for the natural persons are to be arranged as specified in subsection (4).
The entries in the part for the corporate voters are to be arranged as specified in subsection (7).
(6) 如任何界別分組或小組只有團體投票人，則該界別分組或小組的記 項須按第(7)款所指明的方式排列。
(6) If a subsector or sub-subsector has only corporate voters, the entries for that subsector or sub-subsector are to be arranged as specified in subsection (7).
(7) 界別分組投票人登記冊中關乎任何界別分組或小組的團體投票人的 記項須按以下方式排列：以中文記錄投票人名稱的記項排列在前，以英文 記錄投票人名稱的記項排列在後；以中文記錄投票人名稱的記項按選舉登 記主任決定的次序排列，其他的記項按投票人名稱的英文字母次序排列。
(7) The entries in a subsector register relating to corporate voters for a subsector or a sub-subsector are to be arranged so that those with the voters' names in Chinese appear first and those with the voters' names in English follow.
The entries with the voters' names in Chinese are to be arranged in an order determined by the Electoral Registration Officer.
The others are to be arranged in the alphabetical order of the names of those voters.
(1) 選舉委員會正式委員登記冊須分為4個部分，使每個界別各佔一獨 立部分。
(1) The Election Committee final register must be divided into 4 parts so that there is a separate part for each sector.
(2) 每個界別的記項均必須按組成該界別的界別分組排列。
(2) The entries for a sector must be arranged with reference to the subsectors of which the sector is composed.
The particulars of a member must be recorded under the subsector or sub-subsector for which the member is elected or nominated or of which he or she is an ex-officio member, as the case may be.
任何委員的 詳情必須在該委員獲選出或獲提名或屬當然委員的界別分組(視屬何情況 而定)或小組的項下記錄。
(2) The entries for a sector must be arranged with reference to the subsectors of which the sector is composed.
The particulars of a member must be recorded under the subsector or sub-subsector for which the member is elected or nominated or of which he or she is an ex-officio member, as the case may be.
(3) 如某名當然委員既是香港地區全國人民代表大會代表，亦是臨時立 法會議員，則第(4)款所提述的詳情須在全國人民代表大會界別分組的項 下記錄。
(3) If an ex-officio member is both a Hong Kong deputy to the National People's Congress and a Member of the Provisional Legislative Council, the particulars referred to in subsection (4) are to be recorded under the National People's Congress subsector.
(4) 選舉委員會正式委員登記冊的每一部分必須在合適的界別分組的項 下載有以下的關於委員的詳情─
(4) Each part of the Election Committee final register must contain the following particulars of a member, under the appropriate subsector-
(a) 委員的姓名；
(a) the name of the member;
(b) 委員的身分證明文件號碼；
(b) the number of the identity document of the member;
(c) 委員的性別，以英文字母“M”代表男性，英文字母“F”代表女性 (視何者適用而定)；
(c) the sex of the member, denoted by the letter ""M"" for male and ""F"" for female, as may be appropriate;
(d) 委員的主要住址；及
(d) the principal residential address of the member; and
(e) (如某名委員既是香港地區全國人民代表大會代表亦是臨時立法會 議員)在相對於關乎該名委員的記項的位置的示明此事的附註或其他提示 。
(e) if a member is both a Hong Kong deputy to the National People's Congress and a Member of the Provisional Legislative Council, a note or other indication to that effect against the entry relating to that member.
(5) 委員的姓名必須按其各自的身分證明文件號碼的英文字母及數字的 次序在界別分組或小組的項下排列。
(5) The order in which the names of members are arranged under a subsector or sub-subsector must accord with the alphabetical and numerical order of their respective identity document numbers.
(1) 任何屬自然人的選民或投票人或獲授權代表如─
(1) In a functional constituencies register or a subsector register, the name of an elector or voter who is a natural person or the name of an authorized representative is to be recorded-
(a) 以中文簽署要求登記為選民或投票人的申請或獲委任為獲授權代表 的指明表格(視屬何情況而定)，則在功能界別選民登記冊或界別分組投票 人登記冊內須以中文記錄該人的姓名；或
(a) in Chinese, if the person's signature on the application for registration as an elector, voter or on the specified form for the appointment as an authorized representative, as the case may be, was in Chinese; or
(b) 並非以中文簽署(a)段所指的有關申請或指明表格，則在功能界別 選民登記冊或界別分組投票人登記冊內須按選舉登記主任的決定而以中文 或英文記錄該人的姓名。
(b) in Chinese or English, as determined by the Electoral Registration Officer, if the relevant application or specified form under paragraph (a) was signed other than in Chinese.
