山月隨人歸。
卻顧所來徑，
The moon escorts me all the way. Looking back, I see the path wind
蒼蒼橫翠微。
相攜及田家，
Across the woods so green and grey. We come to your cot hand in hand,
童稚開荊扉。
綠竹入幽徑，
Your lad opens the gate for me. Bamboos along the alley stand
青蘿拂行衣。
歡言得所憩，
And vines caress my cloak with glee. I'm glad to talk and drink good wine
美酒聊共揮。
長歌吟松風，
Together with my hermit friend. We sing the songs of wind and pine,
曲盡河星稀。
我醉君復樂，
And stars are set when singings end. I'm drunk and you're merry and glad:
陶然共忘機。
We both forget the world is sad.
