鲁道有荡，齐子庸止。
既曰庸止，曷又从止。
蓺麻如之何，衡从其亩。
取妻如之何，必告父母。
And wed with Duke of Lu. / Why should you follow her too? To Duke Huan of Lu / For hemp the ground is ploughed and dressed From north to south, from east to west. When a wife comes to your household, / Your parents should be told.
既曰告止，曷又鞠止。
析薪如之何，匪斧不克。
取妻如之何，匪媒不得。
既曰得止，曷又极止。
If you told your father and mother, / Should your wife go back to her brother? How is the firewood split? / An axe can sever it. How can a wife be won? / With go-between it's done. To be your wife she's vowed; / No incest is allowed.
