331. 下列缔约国依照《打击非法制造和贩运枪支及其零部件和弹药议定书》（大会第55/255号决议，附件）第13条第2款的规定向秘书长提交了通知: 阿塞拜疆、白俄罗斯、比利时、克罗地亚、萨尔瓦多、拉脱维亚、立陶宛、马拉维、挪威、巴拿马、波兰、罗马尼亚、南非、土耳其和乌干达。
The following States parties have submitted notifications to the Secretary-General in accordance with article 13, paragraph 2, of the Protocol against the Illicit Manufacturing of and Trafficking in Firearms, Their Parts and Components and Ammunition (General Assembly resolution 55/255, annex): Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, Croatia, El Salvador, Latvia, Lithuania, Malawi, Norway, Panama, Poland, Romania, South Africa, Turkey and Uganda.
