In its decision 2/105, the Council, recalling Commission resolution 2005/66, requested the Office of the High Commissioner to prepare a follow-up report on the study on the right to the truth, which shall include best national and international practices, in particular legislative, administrative or any other measures, as well as individual and societal dimensions of this right, taking into account the views of States and relevant intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations.
后续报告应在兼顾到各国和相关政府间和非政府组织意见的情况下，列入各国和国际上的最佳做法，尤其是立法、行政及任何其它措施，以及此项权利的个人及社会层面。
