3. 在特设工作组12月3日第1次会议上，主席提醒各缔约方，议程已在2007年8月27日至31日于奥地利维也纳举行的特设工作组第四届会议第二期会议上获得通过。
At its 1st meeting, on 3 December, the Chair reminded Parties that the agenda had been adopted at the first part of the fourth session of the AWG, which took place in Vienna, Austria, from 27 to 31 August 2007.
He informed the participants that the following items would be taken up during the resumed fourth session:

At its xx meeting, on xx December, the AWG considered the draft report on the second part of its fourth session (FCCC/KP/AWG/2007/L.5).
在同次会议上，经主席的提议，特设工作组授权报告员在秘书处的协助下和主席的指导下，完成会议报告。
At the same meeting, on a proposal by the Chair, the AWG authorized the Rapporteur to complete the report on the session, with the assistance of the secretariat and under the guidance of the Chair.
