办公室的网站可以编写并登载匿名个案的背景，同时准确叙述监察员在处理具体案子时所采取的各种步骤，但保护有关个人身份以及维护保密过程，以澄清任何误解。
So as to clarify any misconceptions, anonymous case scenarios protecting the identity of the persons involved and preserving the confidentiality of the process while accurately describing all the steps taken by the Ombudsman to address a particular case could be prepared and included on the website of the Office.
