Rule 307.5 Loss of entitlement for return transportation
按本《细则》任用的工作人员如果辞职,通常无权领取回程交通费。
A staff member appointed under these Rules who resigns shall not normally be entitled to payment of return travel expenses.
但如有迫不得已的理由,秘书长可批准支付此笔款项。
The Secretary-General may, however, authorize such payment if there are compelling reasons for so doing.
细则307.6 超重行李和非随身行李
Rule 307.6 Excess baggage and unaccompanied shipments
(a) 本《细则》所称的“超重行李”,是指超过运输公司免费载运行李重量或体积的行李。
(a) For the purposes of these Rules, “excess baggage” shall mean baggage in excess of the weight or volume carried without extra charge by transportation companies.
(b) 乘坐飞机旅行的工作人员,有权领取超重行李费,超重行李以每人在免费行李之外一件行李或最多25公斤为限。
(b) Staff members travelling by air shall be entitled to reimbursement of the cost of excess baggage for one bag in addition to their free baggage allowance or up to 25 kilograms per traveller.
(c) 按本《细则》任用的工作人员旅行并由联合国负担旅费时,秘书长可核准以最廉价方式托运个人财物,最多100公斤(220磅)或0.6立方米(22立方英尺),包括包装的重量或体积,但不包括板条箱和运货箱。
(c) When a staff member appointed under these Rules travels at United Nations expense, the Secretary-General may authorize the shipment of personal effects by the most economical means, up to a maximum of 100 kg. (220 lbs. ) or 0.6 cubic metres (22 cubic feet), including the weight or volume of packing but excluding crating and lift vans.
如海陆托运是最廉价的运输方式时,通常应核准海陆托运。
Where surface shipment is the most economical means of transportation, surface shipment shall normally be authorized.
细则307.7 保险
Rule 307.7 Insurance
(a) 工作人员个人意外保险或随身个人行李保险的费用,不得报销。
(a) Staff members shall not be reimbursed for the cost of personal accident insurance or of insurance of accompanied personal baggage.
但对此种行李的遗失或损坏,如直接因代表联合国执行公务而发生,可根据细则306.5规定的有效办法,予以赔偿。
However, compensation may be paid under arrangements in force under rule 306.5, in respect of loss of or damage to accompanied personal baggage directly attributable to the performance of official duties on behalf of the United Nations.
(b) 按照细则307.6(c)款核准运载行李时,由本组织购买保险,最高限额由秘书长制定。
(b) When a shipment under staff rule 307.6 (c) is authorized, insurance coverage shall be provided by the Organization up to the maximum amount established by the Secretary-General.

关于工作人员代表机构的细则108.1和关于工作人员与管理当局的联合机构的细则108.2应适用于按本《细则》任用的工作人员。
Rule 108.1 on staff representative bodies and rule 108.2 on joint staff-management machinery shall apply to staff members appointed under these Rules.

细则309.1 辞职
Rule 309.1 Resignation
(a) 《工作人员条例》所称的辞职,是指工作人员主动离职。
(a) A resignation within the meaning of the Staff Regulations is a separation initiated by the staff member.
(b) 除任用书中另有明文规定外,按本《细则》征聘的工作人员应致送书面辞职通知。
(b) Unless otherwise specified in their letter of appointment, staff members recruited under these Rules shall give written notice of resignation.
㈠ 按细则301.1(a)款第㈠项以短期任用方式当地征聘的工作人员,应于一个星期前致送;
(i) One week for locally recruited staff on an ST appointment under rule 301.1 (a) (i);
㈡ 按细则301.1(a)款第㈠项以短期任用方式非当地征聘的工作人员,应于两个星期前致送;
(ii) Two weeks for non-locally recruited staff on an ST appointment under rule 301.1 (a) (i);
㈢ 按细则301.1(a)款第㈡项以有限期间任用方式征聘的工作人员,应于三十天前致送。
(iii) Thirty days for staff recruited on an LD appointment under rule 301.1 (a) (ii).
但通知不满上述限期时,秘书长也可接受辞职。
The Secretary-General may, however, accept resignations on shorter notice.
细则309.2 解雇
Rule 309.2 Termination
(a) 《工作人员条例》所称的解雇,是指经秘书长主动要求而离职,而非因行为失检情节严重而免职。
(a) A termination within the meaning of the Staff Regulations is a separation from service initiated by the Secretary-General, other than summary dismissal for serious misconduct.
