At the 4th meeting, on 14 November, the representative of the Executive Secretary shared with the SBSTA a preliminary evaluation of the resource implications of conclusions adopted.

This follows decision 16/CP.9, paragraph 20, which requests the Executive Secretary to provide an indication of the administrative and budgetary implications of decisions if these cannot be met from existing resources within the core budget.
