為施行第41條，持有下述證書的人，須當作為在操作使用自動雷達標 圖儀方面合資格─
" For the purpose of regulation 41, a person shall be deemed to be qualified in the operational use of automatic radar plotting aids if he holds-"
(a) 處長所頒發的有效電子導航系統證書；或
(a) a valid Electronic Navigation Systems Certificate granted by the Director; or
(b) 處長所頒發的有效航行控制證書；或
(b) a valid Navigation Control Certificate granted by the Director; or
(c) 處長所頒發的有效自動雷達標圖儀證書；或
(c) a valid Automatic Radar Plotting Aids Certificate granted by the Director; or
(d) 獲處長承認與(a)、(b)或(c)段所提及的任何證書同等的證書。
" (d) a certificate recognized by the Director as being equivalent to any of the certificates mentioned in paragraph (a), (b) or (c)."
規定須設置的每項回旋速度指示器裝設，均須符合組織所採納的性能 標準。
Every rate of turn indicator installation required to be provided shall comply with the performance standards adopted by the Organization.
在切實可行範圍內，顯示器須安放在駕駛台上容易接觸和觀看的位置 ，該位置並須使該設備所需要的照明效果不會妨礙進行有效的瞭望。
" The display shall, where practicable, be sited on the bridge in a position to facilitate easy access and viewing, and where the effect of any lighting necessary for the equipment does not interfere with the keeping of an effective look-out."
(1) 如任何船舶沒有載備本規例規定須設置的導航設備裝設而行駛出 海或企圖行駛出海，或如該裝設並不在所有方面符合本規例中有關該裝設 的規定，則該船舶的船東或船長即屬犯罪，可處罰款$10000。
" (1) If a ship proceeds or attempts to proceed to sea without carrying a navigational equipment installation with which it is required by these regulations to be provided, or if such installation does not comply in all respects with the requirements of these regulations relevant to such installation, the owner or master of the ship commits an offence and is liable to a fine of $10000."
(2) 如任何船舶沒載有一名根據第20條規定其載有的合資格的雷達觀 察員而行駛出海或企圖行駛出海，則該船舶的船東或船長即屬犯罪，可處 罰款$10000。
" (2) If a ship proceeds or attempts to proceed to sea without carrying a qualified radar observer which it is required to carry under regulation 20, the owner or master of the ship commits an offence and is liable to a fine of $10000."
(a) 雷達裝設並非由合資格的雷達觀察員控制；或
(a) the radar installation is not under the control of a qualified radar observer; or
(b) 自動雷達標圖儀正在使用，但該標圖儀並非由一名按照第42條在 使用該等標圖儀方面合資格的人控制，
" (b) an automatic radar plotting aid is being used and such aid is not under the control of a person qualified in the use of such aids in accordance with regulation 42,"
則該船舶的船東或船長即屬犯罪，可處罰款$10000。
the owner or master of the ship commits an offence and is liable to a fine of $10000.
(4) 任何船舶的船長如沒有確保就該船舶遵從第35及36條的所有規定 ，即屬犯罪，可處罰款$10000。
(4) If the master of any ship fails to ensure that in respect of that ship all the requirements of regulations 35 and 36 are complied with he commits an offence and is liable to a fine of $10000.
(5) 在就本條所訂的罪行而提起的法律程序中，如證明已採取一切合 理步驟以確保船舶符合本規例的規定，即可作為免責辯護。
(5) It shall be a defence in proceedings for an offence under this regulation to prove that all reasonable steps had been taken to ensure that the ship complied with these regulations.
(1) 本規例可引稱為《商船(安全)(航行警告)規例》。
(1) These regulations may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Safety) (Navigational Warnings) Regulations.

" ""coast station"" (海岸電台) means a station on land for the purpose of providing communication with ships by means of radio;"

" ""signal station"" (訊號台) means a station on land for the purpose of providing communication with ships by means other than radio;"
“熱帶風暴”(tropical storm) 指颶風、颱風、氣旋或相類性質的其 他風暴。
" ""tropical storm"" (熱帶風暴) means a hurricane, typhoon, cyclone or other storm of a similar nature."
(2) 船舶的船長如有理由相信在其附近有一個熱帶風暴，即須當作已 遇上該風暴。
(2) The master of a ship shall be deemed to have met with a tropical storm if he has reason to believe that such a storm is in his vicinity.
(1) 香港船舶的船長如遇上─
" (1) The master of a Hong Kong ship shall, on meeting with-"
(c) 伴隨強風的低於冰點的氣溫致使船舶的上層建築嚴重積聚冰塊；
(c) subfreezing air temperatures associated with gale force winds causing severe ice accretion on the superstructure of ships;
(d) 風力在蒲福風級10級或以上的風，而事前沒有接獲有關的風暴警 告；
(d) winds of force 10 or above on the Beaufort Scale for which no storm warning has been received;
(f) 對航行有直接影響的任何其他危險事項，
" (f) any other direct danger to navigation,"
