(a) 在研訊完畢後發現新的和重要的證據；或
(a) if after the completion of the inquiry new and important evidence has been discovered; or
(b) 基於任何其他原因他認為有理由懷疑出現不公正的情況。
(b) if for any other reason there is in his opinion ground for suspecting that a miscarriage of justice has occurred.
(2) 如總督指示任何研訊須重新聆訊，他可指示研訊由最初進行聆訊 的研訊委員會重新聆訊，或委任其他合資格的人主持重新聆訊。
" (2) If the Governor directs any inquiry to be reheard, he may direct that the inquiry shall be reheard either by the commission by whom it was heard in the first instance or by some other qualified persons appointed by him to hold the rehearing."
(3) 任何重新聆訊的研訊，受本規例中有關進行公開研訊的條文所規 限，並須按照該等條文進行。
(3) Any inquiry reheard shall be subject to and conducted in accordance with the provisions of these regulations relating to the holding of public inquiries.
(1) 任何人不得妨礙或阻止研訊委員會、覆核委員會、調查主任、裁 判委員或任何根據總督授權行事的人根據本規例行使任何權力或執行任何 職責。
(1) A person shall not obstruct or impede a commission of inquiry or a board of review or an Inspector or an assessor or any person acting under the authority of the Governor in the exercise of any powers or duties under these regulations.
現撤銷《1972年香港民航(意外調查)規例》*(附錄I L 頁，1972年編 正版)：
" The Hong Kong Civil Aviation (Investigation of Accidents) Regulations 1972 (App.
I, p.
L, 1972 R.
Ed.) are hereby revoked:"
但此項撤銷並不影響已根據該規例展開的任何調查、覆核或研訊，而 任何該等調查、覆核或研訊可繼續進行，猶如本規例仍未訂立一樣。
" Provided that the revocation shall not affect any investigation, review or inquiry commenced under those regulations and any such investigation, review or inquiry may be continued as if these regulations had not been made."
(1) 本條例可引稱為《機動遊戲機(安全)條例》。
(1) This Ordinance may be cited as the Amusement Rides (Safety) Ordinance.
除本條例另有指明外，本條例適用於原有機動遊戲機，一如其適用於 任何其他機動遊戲機。
" Unless otherwise specified in this Ordinance, this Ordinance shall apply to an existing amusement ride as it applies to any other amusement ride."
(c) 其他機動遊戲機，但署長須已確定就該機在指定日期前進行的安 裝工程所達至的進度而言，對該機引用本部並非切實可行。
(c) any other amusement ride in respect of which the Director has determined that installation works have been carried out before the appointed day to such an extent that it would be impracticable for this Part to apply to the ride.
有意安裝機動遊戲機的人須向署長呈交─
A person wishing to install an amusement ride shall submit to the Director-
(a) 與該機有關的機械、設備及裝備的設計及規格；
" (a) the designs and specifications of the machinery, equipment and plant connected with the ride;"
(b) 擬採用的該機的安裝方法及工序；及
(b) the proposed method and programme of installation of the ride; and
(c) 由署長規定的與該機有關的其他資料、圖則或計算結果。
" (c) such other information, plans or calculations connected with the ride as may be required by the Director."
(1) 署長未批准以下事項前，有意安裝機動遊戲機的人不得進行安裝 工程的任何部分─
(1) A person wishing to install an amusement ride shall not carry out any part of the installation works until-
(a) 與該機有關的設計及規格(包括任何圖則及計算結果)；及
(a) the designs and specifications (including any plans and calculations) connected with the ride; and
(b) 該機的安裝方法及工序。
" (b) the method and programme of installation of the ride,have been approved by the Director."
(2) 署長根據第(1)款所作的批准，可僅適用於與該批准有關的機動遊 戲機的安裝的某階段。
(2) An approval under subsection (1) may be limited to any stage in the installation of the amusement ride to which the approval relates.
(1) 機動遊戲機的所有安裝工程均須由安裝該機的人，按照根據第6條 所批准的以下事項進行─
(1) All installation works in respect of an amusement ride shall be carried out by the person installing the ride in accordance with-
(a) 與該機有關的設計及規格(包括任何圖則及計算結果)；及
(a) the designs and specifications (including any plans and calculations) connected with the ride; and
(b) 該機的安裝方法及工序，
" (b) the method and programme of installation of the ride,"
但該人對該等事項可不時加以修改，惟須事先徵得署長的批准。
" as approved under section 6, subject to such modifications as may be made from time to time by that person with the prior approval of the Director."
(2) 對於機動遊戲機安裝工程的任何部分，如署長認為─
" (2) Where, in respect of any part of any installation works in respect of an amusement ride, the Director is of the opinion that-"
(a) 本條例中關乎該機安裝的條文未獲遵從；或
(a) the provisions of this Ordinance relating to the installation of the ride are not being complied with; or
